Aged cheese and seasoned by us in selected black wine. Old cheese with crumbly hard texture that flakes and purplish crust.
Ingredients:
Cow's milk, red wine, salt, microbial rennet, cultures.
Milk origin:
country of milking: Austria, country of transformation and maturation: Italy.
